How to manage burnout and holiday stress

The holiday season can be a perfect storm of stress with parties, work, and travel. Obligations and competing priorities can seem overwhelming. 

Anne Browning, assistant dean for wellness at the University of Washington School of Medicine, says she sees signs of burnout this time of year. The best thing you can do to manage that stress, she suggests, is to go outside and reorient yourself to the awe and calm found in nature. She offers other ideas, too, in the video below.
