UW Medicine has vaccinated 13,000 against COVID-19

Since opening its COVID-19 vaccine clinics, UW Medicine caregivers have administered doses to more than 13,000 people. The majority are staff who work in clinical settings; nearly 2,500 are emergency responders who work for partner organizations. 

Dr. Shireesha Dhanireddy, director of the Infectious Diseases Clinic at Harborview Medical Center, gives an update on the healthcare system's status with Phase 1A of the process. She also answers questions related to the UK's one-dose strategy.
