Nutritionist: Be mindful to lighten up holiday meals

Most holiday parties have a lot of food, and it's usually a lot of rich, heavy food. If you're worried about what you're eating, nutritionists say you don't necessarily have to have a fat-free holiday, but you should think about how you'll feel after eating a certain dish or getting an extra helping.
