The great reset: Rediscovering your 'normal'

As COVID-19 restrictions ease, people are beginning to go back to the workplace, out to eat and on vacation. The transition “back to normal” can create a mix of excitement, anxiety and relief.

Anne Browning is the assistant dean for well-being at the University of Washington School of Medicine and founding director of the UW Resilience Lab. In these times, she says, mixed emotions are normal.
