Dealing with emotions over the holidays
If you are feeling isolated over the holidays, or if you're surrounded by people, here are tips for emotional stability from Dror-Ben Zeev, a UW Medicine professor of psychiatry and behavioral sciences. He is a mobile health researcher and co-director of the Behavioral Research in Technology and Engineering (BRiTE) Center, which seeks mental health solutions using digital apps.

Zeev discusses the topic in this downloadable video segment.
