Federal funding cuts threaten health gains, innovation

Three prominent UW Medicine researchers detail how research is the key to promising ideas becoming life-changing medical innovations.  

They are Drs. Rotonya M. Carr, who specializes in diseases of the gut; Alex Greninger, an expert on detecting viruses; and Cora Sack, a lung illness specialist.
