People everywhere are feeling the emotional burden of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, especially because results of the violent clashes are so visible through modern media and social media coverage.

Seattle-based psychology experts Eric Bruns, Tona McGuire and Kira Mauseth are traveling to Poland to train volunteers to provide aid to people who have fled their homes amid war in neighboring Ukraine.
