Stop the bleed training
November 8, 2018

A person who is bleeding can die from blood loss within five minutes. That’s why every second counts when someone is injured in a disaster or a mass shooting, especially because emergency services often are spread thin in those moments.

It's summertime, the weather is hot, and splinters are plentiful. As you spread beauty bark around your garden, head to the boardwalk or find a park bench for lunch, beware the tiny sliver of wood that can bury itself under your skin.
