The University of Washington’s Department of Graduate Medical Education and the UW Housestaff Association (UWHA) have agreed to a three-year contract that provides new benefits for residents and fellows.

Schools of medicine, dentistry and public health at the University of Washington will jointly pilot a program next summer to prepare talented students of color for careers in the health sciences.
