Researchers look at cellular machinery to slow down decline

"Age is the greatest risk factor for nearly every major cause of mortality in developed nation's," UW Medicine researchers Matt Kaeberlein, Peter Rabinovitch, and George Martin, all from the UW Department of Pathology, wrote in introduction to a special section on aging this week in Science magazine. Their piece,"Healthy aging:the ultimate preventative medicine," is referenced in a Dec. 3, 2015 article in TIME.
