Soundbites: Sugar in your coffee

It's National Coffee Day on September 29, but before you order that pumpkin spice latte or another seasonal coffee drink, consider the ingredients. A grande pumpkin spice latte from a certain coffee chain has the equivalent of 12 teaspoonfuls of sugar. 

Vanessa Imus, a registered dietitian with the UW Medicine Weight Loss Management Center, discusses the beverages' contents and how to cut down on sugar and calories.
