(Download video) Dr. Anne-Marie E. Amies Oelschlager discusses funding cuts proposed by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services that would affect 81 organizations nationwide that provide reproductive health education to thousands of American teens. Amies Oelschlager is a professor of obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle and a member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists Committee on Adolescent Health Care.
