Veterans Day is a time to honor the men and women who have served our country. Niten Singh and Ben Starnes, UW Medicine vascular surgeons, were deployed multiple times over 30 years of collective military service. They share their story, describing how their mission and purpose have persisted even though their backdrop has changed.
