"We currently have approximately 20 COVID-positive patients in our four hospital campus system. This is down substantially from a high of about 120 patients roughly two months ago," says Lisa Brandenburg, president, UW Medicine Hospitals and Clinics. 

Hospital and clinic safety protocols established against COVID-19 are still in place, she said, noting that all staff are masked, the majority of staff have been fully vaccinated, and inpatient visitors are limited.
