Coping with trauma following the Christchurch shooting

It's hard to hear about - a man arrested after a mass shooting at two mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand. Even if you're not close to it, seeing the headlines in your newsfeed on social media can affect your mental health. 

Douglas Zatzick, a psychiatrist at Harborview Medical Center, suggests ways to cope with the stress, and urges self-awareness during these times.
