Stop the bleed training may head to schools

It can take only a minute to bleed out -- or save a life. 

KOMO's Molly Shen talks with various educators and with Harborview Medical Center's Eileen Bulger about Stop the Bleed programs.  Apart from active shooter drills, Washington state high schools may soon offer programs on how to stop bleeding in an active shooter or disaster situation.
