Secrets of sleep continue to elude researchers
Doctors know that too little sleep can cause problems, but what about too much?
In a Yakima Herald Republic article on the health benefits of sleep, and the consequences of not getting enough, UW Medicine's Dr. Vishesh Kapur notes that insufficient sleep can contribute to weight gain, mood changes, memory problems and high blood pressure.
